Returns

Our return policy lasts 5 business days. If 5 business days have gone by since receiving your package , unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Not Eligible for STORE CREDIT if...
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 5 business days after delivery

STORE CREDIT (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your CREDIT.

BODY GOALS BY BECCA DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED, A STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE SUBTOTAL AMOUNT.

If an item/ order is damaged or incorrect upon receipt, please contact us at bodygoalsbybecca@gmail.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, REGULARLY PRICED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO US AFTER ARRIVAL DATE , IT WILL THEN BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE ONLY IF THE ITEM IS IN STOCK. IF IT IS OUT OF STOCK A STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.

To return your product, you should e-mail bodygoalsbybecca@gmail.com for shipping address

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Also please keep in mind that original shipping fees are non-refundable and not applicable to store credit.

A tracking number for the return package must be obtained by the customer in case package is lost on its way back to Body Goals by Becca

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
